     We are committed to providing you with excellent customer service. If you are not
     satisfied with your purchase we will exchange or return your money (excluding tax
     and shipping charge) within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Items must be in
     unused, original condition with merchant tags attached. Hats, socks, undergarments
     and sale items are a final sale. Please contact us for an authorization number before
     returning any items. Customers are responsible for shipping cost on return items.

     Your order is processed and shipped within 2-4 days of receiving your order. Items are
     delivered in 2-14 business days depending on the destination once it has been shipped.
     We will provide you with a tracking number. Oh So Cute is not responsible for delays
      in delivery once items have been shipped. We offer local pick up in Calgary, Alberta
